What's the concept ?
During the year 2011, I will post one drawing a month (alongside other arts, this won't be my only project) all inspired by a fan fiction. (To cut a long story short, it is going to be one month, one drawing, one calendar wallpaper). It's a way to pay tribute to all the authors and stories I enjoyed in the past few years.

I'm in a "watercolor phase" so I started by a graphite/poster paint/watercolor sketch. I enhanced the colors digitally. It helped a lot to conceive the final image that, in my opinion, needed "more money" and "more orange" 
My second prompt for the spn_j2_bigbang will be posted on August 4th (if LJ works, of course...)
